Rancangan Perbaikan Kinerja Bank Sampah Berseri Sebagai Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Perusahaan Otomotif di Jakarata Barat

Abstract

Kinerja Bank Sampah Berseri sebagai Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) perusahaan otomotif belum berjalan maksimal. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap pemangku kepentingan bank sampah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan identifikasi keberadaan kinerja bank sampah berseri saat ini dan juga merumuskan strategi perbaikan kinerja bank sampah berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi, Bank Sampah Berseri telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk memenuhi ketentuan Permen LHK No. 14 Tahun 2021, masih ada beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan. Serta titik X Bank Sampah Berseri setelah analisis SWOT berada pada kuadran I, serta dekat dengan kuadran II dan IV. Pembuatan AD/ART menjadi alternatif solusi yang dapat memperkuat struktur dan tata kelola bank sampah.

The performance of Bank Sampah Berseri as the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of an automotive company has not been fully optimized. This was evidenced through observations and interviews with key stakeholders of the waste bank. The objective of this research is to identify the current performance status of Bank Sampah Berseri and to formulate performance improvement strategies based on the SWOT analysis. Based on the findings, Bank Sampah Berseri has made various efforts to comply with the provisions of Permen LHK No. 14 of 2021; however, there are still several aspects that need enhancement. Furthermore, the SWOT analysis indicates that the position of Bank Sampah Berseri is in quadrant I, with proximity to quadrants II and IV. Creating the Articles of Association (AD) and Bylaws (ART) is proposed as an alternative solution to strengthen the structure and governance of the waste bank.
