      Efektivitas Edukasi Gizi melalui Media E-Booklet dan Video terhadap Pengetahuan Gizi Seimbang pada Remaja di SMP PGRI Klapanunggal

      Abstract
      Remaja berisiko mengalami masalah gizi antara lain kekurangan zat gizi, kelebihan zat gizi, dan kurangnya asupan zat gizi mikro. Gizi pada remaja dapat diperbaiki melalui edukasi gizi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis efektivitas media e-booklet dan video dalam edukasi gizi terhadap pengetahuan mengenai gizi seimbang pada remaja. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasy experiment dengan sampel siswa/i SMP PGRI Klapanunggal sebanyak 74 siswa pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Rank Test diperoleh p-value (0,000) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh edukasi gizi melalui media e-booklet dan video terhadap tingkat pengetahuan responden mengenai gizi seimbang. Uji statistik Mann-Whitney diperoleh p-value (0,007) artinya terdapat perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol setelah diberikan edukasi. Edukasi gizi dengan media e-booklet dan video berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengingkatan pengetahuan gizi seimbang siswa.
       
      Adolescents are at risk of nutritional problems including nutrient deficiencies, nutrient excesses, and insufficient intake of micronutrients. Adolescent nutrition can be improved through nutrition education. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of e-booklet and video media in nutrition education on knowledge about balanced nutrition in adolescents. The research design used a quasy experiment with a sample of 74 students from SMP PGRI Klapanunggal in the intervention and control groups. The results of the Wilcoxon Rank Test test obtained a p-value (0.000) which means that there is an effect of nutrition educa-tion through e-booklet and video media on the level of knowledge of respondents regarding balanced nutrition. Mann-Whitney statistical test obtained p-value (0.007) means that there is a significant average difference between the interven-tion group and the control group after being given education. Nutrition education with e-booklet and video media has a significant effect on increasing students' balanced nutrition knowledge.
