      Simulasi Analisis Ekonomi Sirkular Pada Biokonversi Ekskreta Puyuh Menggunakan Maggot Black Soldier Fly (BSF)

      Abstract
      Ekskreta puyuh sebagai sumber amonia (NH3) menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan baik aspek sosial maupun ekonomi. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah melakukan simulasi analisis ekonomi sirkular pada biokonversi eksreta puyuh menggunakan Maggot BSF. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan (observasi) selama penelitian dan melakukan survei pada peternakan puyuh serta survei terkait harga pasar produk hasil biokonversi. Proses ekonomi sirkular dimulai dari peternakan puyuh, lalu proses biokonversi menggunakan maggot BSF yang menghasilkan produk bernilai jual. Hasil pemeliharaan maggot BSF yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat perlakuan atau media tumbuh berbeda, dihasilkan 10,60 kg bobot panen maggot segar dari penggunaan 81,03 kg ekskreta puyuh. Sehingga persentase maggot segar terhadap media yang diberikan adalah sebesar 13,08%. Simulasi analisis usaha yang dilakukan meliputi dua keadaan, dimana K1 menghasilkan penerimaan yang lebih besar dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 65.000 dan R/C yang dihasilkan yaitu 1,19.
       
      Quail excreta as a source of ammonia (NH3) poses various problems in both social and economic aspects. The general objective of this research is to simulate the circular economic analysis of quail excreta bioconversion using Maggot BSF. The data collection method was carried out by observation during the research and conducting surveys on quail farms and surveys related to the market price of bioconversion products. The circular economy process starts from quail farming, then the bioconversion process using BSF maggot which produces valuable products. The results of rearing BSF maggots that have been carried out using four different treatments or growth media, produced 10.60 kg of fresh maggot harvest weight from the use of 81.03 kg of quail excreta. Thus, the percentage of fresh maggot to the given media is 13.08%. The business analysis simulation carried out includes two conditions, where K1 produces greater revenue with a profit of Rp. 65,000 and the resulting R/C is 1.19.
