      Abstract

West Lampung Regency is one of the national coffee plantation centers with a recorded plantation area of 60,38 hectares. This research aims to develop a coffee plant simulation model to estimate productivity and to examine the impact of climate change, specifically air temperature, on coffee plant productivity. The study involves developing a perennial plant simulation model divided into three sub-models, growth, development, and water balance, followed by validation and calibration. The coefficient of determination obtained from the comparison of field productivity and model results is 0,96. This indicates that the productivity values generated by the model output are increasingly close to the observed values. Meanwhile, the error rates in West Lampung Regency are 1,04 %, 1,05 %, and 1,03 % for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022, respectively. Climate variables, such as air temperature, are the main factors significantly affecting coffee plant productivity. There is a negative relationship between the increase in average temperature and coffee plant productivity.
