      Hubungan Nilai Volume Backscattering Strength (SV) dengan Nilai Kerapatan Lamun Enhalus acoroides di Pulau Wangi-Wangi, Kabupaten Wakatobi

      Abstract
      Lamun merupakan vegetasi dasar yang mampu mengoptimalkan fungsi wilayah pesisir, sehingga diperlukan monitoring untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang kelangsungan hidup lamun. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode pemantauan lamun yang efektif dan efisien. Pengukuran kerapatan lamun dapat dilakukan dengan metode in-situ dan hidroakustik. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis parameter oseanografi, nilai SV dan hubungan SV tersebut dengan nilai kerapatan dan tinggi lamun E. acoroides, serta parameter oseanografi di Pulau Wangi-Wangi, Kabupaten Wakatobi. Akuisisi data secara stasioner sebanyak 5 stasiun melalui pemeruman akustik dan in-situ melalui penyelaman. Nilai kerapatan tiap stasiun yaitu 32 ind/m2, 33 ind/m2, 29 ind/m2, 35 ind/m2 dan 37 ind/m2. Rentang nilai SV Enhalus acoroides yaitu (-50,19) – (-37,41) dB. Nilai (SV) ̅ tiap stasiun yaitu -40,76 dB, -40,63 dB, -41,10 dB, -40,48 dB dan -40,46 dB. Analisis regresi logaritmik kerapatan terhadap nilai SV memiliki hubungan sangat erat dengan nilai R = 0,96. Hasil analisis menggunakan Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dengan persentase komulatif dari hasil biplot sebesar 92,7% yang berkorelasi paling dekat dengan nilai SV yaitu kerapatan dan tinggi lamun.       Seagrass is a fundamental vegetation that is able to optimize the function of coastal areas, as of monitoring to obtain information about the survival of seagrass. Therefore, effective and efficient seagrass monitoring method is required. Seagrass density measurement can be done by in-situ observation and hydroacoustic methods. The purpose of this study is to analyze the oceanographic parameters, SV values and their correlation with the density and height of E. acoroides, well as oceanographic parameters at Wangi-Wangi Island, Wakatobi Regency. Stationary data acquisition at 5 stations through acoustic clustering and in- situ diving. Density values at each station were 32 ind/m2, 33 ind/m2, 29 ind/m2, 35 ind/m2 dan 37 ind/m2. The range of SV values for Enhalus acoroides was (-50,19) – (-37,41) dB. The average SV values at each station were -40,76 dB, -40,63 dB, -41,10 dB, -40,48 dB, and -40,46 dB. Logarithmic regression analysis of density against SV values showed a very strong relation with an R = 0,96. PCA analysis with a cumulative percentage of 92,7% from the biplot correlated most closely with SV values of densities and seagrass heights.
