Abstract

Bacterial wilt disease caused by Ralstonia solanacearum is one of the important disease on some comodities in tropical, subtropical and warmer area in the world. The disease is important not only because of the geografic distribution, but also because of its wide host range. Application of some antibiotics will caused of resistance. Disease control using the resistant varieties was difficult because the pathogen have some races. The other alternatives for disease control is the application of biocontrol agents.
