Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Muara Angke belum memiliki Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) sehingga hampir semua Unit Pengolahan Ikan (UPI) membuang limbah tanpa diolah. Kondisi tersebut dalam jangka panjang dapat berpotensi menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan, sehingga perlu adanya kajian terkait pengelolaan limbah cair dari UPI di kawasan PPN Muara Angke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengelolaan limbah cair unit pengolahan ikan di PPN Muara Angke, Membandingkan kualitas limbah cair unit pengolahan ikan dengan baku mutu limbah industri pengolahan ikan berdasarkan PERMEN-LH No. 05 Tahun 2014, serta Merumuskan strategi pengelolaan limbah cair unit pengolahan ikan di PPN Muara Angke. Data untuk mengidentifikasi pengelolaan limbah cair UPI dan membuat strateginya dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kuesioner menggunakan metode snowball sampling dan purposive sampling sedangkan data kualitas air di salah satu industri UPI diperoleh dari mengambil sampling air pada saluran sebelum masuk ke perairan penerima air limbah. Analisis deskriptif, analisis komparatif deskriptif, dan analisis SWOT digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengelolaan limbah cair UPI belum optimal. Kualitas air limbah UPI menunjukkan hampir semua masih dibawah baku mutu dan hanya satu yang diatas baku mutu, yaitu parameter TSS. Strategi pengelolaan limbah cair UPI di PPN Muara Angke terdiri dari delapan strategi. Strategi merumuskan SOP penanganan limbah cair industri UPI di PPN Muara Angke, strategi uji kualitas air baik di UPI dan di perairan, dan strategi menyediakan fasilitas IPAL terpadu menjadi prioritas. In the long term, these conditions can potentially cause environmental pollution, so it is necessary to conduct a study related to the management of liquid waste from UPI in the PPN Muara Angke area. This study aims to identify the management of fish processing unit wastewater at PPN Muara Angke, compare the quality of fish processing unit wastewater with the quality standards of fish processing industry waste based on Permen LH No. 05 of 2014, as well as formulating a strategy for managing fish processing unit wastewater at PPN Muara Angke. Data to identify UPI wastewater management and formulate a strategy were collected through interviews with questionnaires using the snowball sampling and purposive sampling methods, while water quality data in one of the UPI industries were obtained from taking water samples in the canal before entering the wastewater receiving waters. Descriptive analysis, descriptive comparative analysis, and SWOT analysis were used in this study. The results showed that UPI's liquid waste management was not optimal. The quality of UPI's wastewater shows that almost all of it is still below the quality standard and only one is above the quality standard, namely the TSS parameter. UPI's liquid waste management strategy at PPN Muara Angke consists of eight strategies. The strategy formulating SOPs for handling UPI industrial liquid waste at PPN Muara Angke, strategy testing water quality both at UPI and in the waters, and strategy providing integrated WTP facilities are priorities.
