      Abstract
      Transformasi digital merupakan tantangan bagi UMKM makanan dan minuman di Kota Bogor seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi. Resiliensi wirausaha dan modal sosial dianggap penting untuk beradaptasi menghadapi transformasi digital dan perubahan lingkungan bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh resiliensi wirausaha dan modal sosial terhadap daya adaptasi UMKM makanan dan minuman di Kota Bogor. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan survey di Kecamatan Bogor Tengah dan Kecamatan Bogor Utara di Kota Bogor, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 125 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi wirausaha dimensi developmental persistency dan modal sosial dimensi modal sosial kognitif meningkatkan daya adaptasi UMKM Makanan dan Minuman di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pelaku UMKM dapat berpikir positif dalam menghadapi situasi baik ataupun buruk serta mengevaluasi modal sosial yang dimilikinya, selain itu pemerintah dapat mengoptimalkan fungsinya sebagai fasilitator untuk UMKM.
       
      Digital transformation is a challenge for food and beverage MSMEs in Bogor City along with technological developments. Entrepreneurial resilience and social capital are considered important for adapting to digital transformation and changes in the business environment. The aim of this research is to analyze the effects of entrepreneurial resilience and social capital on the adaptability of food and beverage MSMEs in Bogor. Data was collected from survey in Central Bogor District and North Bogor District in Bogor City, with a sample size of 125 respondents. The analytical method used is PLS-SEM analysis. The research results show that entrepreneurial resilience dimensions of developmental persistency and social capital dimensions of cognitive social capital increase the adaptability of Food and Beverage MSMEs in Bogor. This research suggests that MSMEs should think positively when facing good or difficult situations and evaluate their social capital, apart from that the government can optimize its function as a facilitator for MSMEs.
