      Analisis Kestabilan Model Matematika Penularan Virus CLCuV pada Tanaman Kapas

      Abstract
      Cotton leaf curl virus (CLCuV) atau virus keriting pada daun kapas disebabkan oleh sekelompok virus dalam genus Begomovirus, yang disebarkan oleh lalat putih (vektor) dan menimbulkan ancaman serius terhadap tanaman kapas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi model, menentukan titik tetap dan bilangan reproduksi dasar, menganalisis kestabilan titik tetap, melakukan analisis sensitivitas, dan melakukan simulasi numerik terhadap beberapa parameter. Analisis kestabilan titik tetap ditentukan dengan menggunakan kriteria RouthHurwitz, Metode Castillo-Chaves, dan fungsi Lyapunov. Ada empat parameter yang disimulasikan, yaitu laju penanaman kembali kapas, laju penambahan vektor, laju infeksi kapas, dan laju infeksi vektor. Simulasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Mathematica 12.1 untuk mengetahui pengaruh parameter-parameter tersebut terhadap bilangan reproduksi dasar. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa menurunkan keempat parameter tersebut menyebabkan penurunan nilai bilangan reproduksi dasar, sehingga membuat penyakit hilang dari populasi.
       
      Cotton leaf curl virus (CLCuV) is caused by a group of viruses in the genus Begomovirus, which are spread by whiteflies (vectors) and pose a serious threat to cotton crops. This study aims to reconstruct the model, determine the equilibrium point and basic reproduction number, analyze the stability of the equilibrium point, conduct sensitivity analysis, and conduct numerical simulations of several parameters. Equilibrium point stability analysis is determined using the RouthHurwitz criterion, Castillo-Chaves Method, and Lyapunov function. Four parameters were simulated: cotton replanting rate, vector recruitment rate, cotton infection rate, and vector infection rate. Simulations were conducted using Mathematica 12.1 software to determine the effect of these parameters on the basic reproduction number. The simulation results show that reducing the four parameters causes a decrease in the value of the basic reproduction number making the disease disappear from the population.
