Eksplorasi Dinamika Keterkaitan Social-Ecological System Perikanan Lobster di Pesisir Kabupaten Garut, Provinsi Jawa Barat

Abstract

Lobster (Panulirus spp.) adalah salah satu komoditas yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Indonsesia merupakan salah satu negara di dunia yang melakukan ekpor lobster dengan posisi ke-17 di dunia. Sedangkan di tingkat ASEAN, Indonesia merupakan eksportir utama lobster dunia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memetakan sub sistem dan dinamika keterkaitan antar sub-sistem social-ecological system (SES) perikanan lobster yang terdiri dari resources system (RS) ekosistem perairan Kabupaten Garut, resources unit (RU) perikanan lobster, resources actors (RA) dan resources governance (RG) di perairan Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan Mei hingga Juni 2023. Komponen SES yang memiliki hubungan sangat kuat adalah RU dengan RA. Hubungan antara RA yang memanfaatkan sistem RS dan RU diatur dengan sistem tata kelola di pesisir Kabupaten Garut (RG).

Lobster (Panulirus spp.) is one commodity with high selling value. Indonesia is one of the countries in the world that exports lobster with the 17th position in the world. While at the ASEAN level, Indonesia is the world's main lobster exporter. The purpose of this study is to map the sub-systems and the dynamics of interrelationships between sub-systems of the social-ecological system of lobster fisheries consisting of the resource system (RS) of the Garut Regency water ecosystem, resource units (RU) of lobster fisheries, resource actors (RA) and resource governance (RG) in Garut Regency waters. This research was conducted from May to June 2023. SES components that have a very strong relationship between RU and RA. Relationship between RA using RS and RU regulated with the coastal governance system in Garut district (RG).
