Gambaran butir darah merah, hemoglobin dan hematokrit tikus putih jantan umur 1 sampai 21 hari

Abstract

Fifty five experiment male rats from Sprague-Dawley were used to study red blood cell count, haemoglobine value and packed cell volume at 1 to 21 days old. The research was done at The Laboratory of Physiology, Departement of Physiology and Pharmacology Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Institute of Bogor Agriculture during six months from March until August 2001. The result showed that the data of red blood cell counts and the packed cell volume (PCV) increased significantly (P<0.05), 440 % (REC) and 28 % (PCV) respectively as weight and age increased. The haemoglobin concentration measurement statisticaly did not change
