Kinerja KUD Mojosongo dengan Pendekatan Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Belum adanya pengukuran kinerja KUD Mojosongo secara menyeluruh dan terus berkurangnya anggota koperasi membuat Koperasi Unit Desa Mojosongo terus mengalami kerugian. Untuk menghindari kerugian yang tidak dapat dideteksi oleh alat ukur kinerja yang biasa dipakai, maka digunakanlah metode balanced scorecard. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui kinerja KUD Mojosongo sebagai salah satu koperasi penghasil susu terbesar di Jawa Tengah menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard. Belum adanya pengukuran kinerja KUD secara menyeluruh dan terus berkurangnya anggoata koperasi membuat peneliti tertarik menjadikan KUD Mojosongo menjadi objek penelitian. Pengukuran koperasi dilakukan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara purposive dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil pengukuran kinerja keseluruhan 1 Hasil pengukuran kinerja keseluruhan koperasi memperoleh nilai 76,4% dengan predikat sehat (A). Hal ini menandakan bahwa koperasi memerlukan peningkatan di setiap perspektifnya. Predikat sehat (A) masih memiliki kekurangan, utamanya diperoleh karena perspektif keuangan, yang merupakan perspektif dominan menunjukkan kinerja yang kurang sehat dengan dengan nilai kinerja perspektif sebesar 45,4% dengan total nilai kinerja koperasi sebesar 15,2% predikat kurang sehat (BB), Sementara jika dilihat dari perspektif yang memiliki pengaruh dominan pada kinerja KUD Mojosongo didapat perspektif yang menempati peringkat pertama sebagai faktor dominan dalam kinerja KUD Mojosongo adalah perspektif internal bisnis dengan kinerja perspektif sebesar 117,4%. Perspektif yang menempati posisi kedua dominan adalah pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran dengan kinerja perspektif sebesar 109,6% yang menandakan indikator ini memiliki predikat sangat sehat (AAA). Perspektif yang menempati posisi dominan ketiga adalah perspektif pelanggan.

The absence of comprehensive performance measurements for KUD Mojosongo and the continuous decrease in cooperative members have led to consistent losses for the Mojosongo Village Unit Cooperative. In order to prevent losses that may go unnoticed by conventional performance measurement tools, the balanced scorecard method is employed. The purpose of this research was to assess the performance of KUD Mojosongo, one of the largest milk-producing cooperatives in Central Java, since the member is declining and the KUD need a comprehensive performance measurement. The KUD’s performance was assesed by Balanced Scorecard approach. The data that are collected with questionnaire and interview reveal the measurement results of the overall performance of the cooperative obtained a score of 76.4% with a healthy (A) predicate. This indicates that the cooperative requires improvement in every perspective. The healthy (A) predicate still has shortcomings, primarily because of the financial perspective, which is the dominant perspective showing a less healthy performance with a perspective performance score of 45.4% and a total cooperative performance score of 15.2%, indicating a less healthy (BB) predicate. Meanwhile, when viewed from the perspective that has a dominant influence on the performance of KUD Mojosongo, the perspective that ranks first as the dominant factor in KUD Mojosongo's performance is the internal business perspective with a performance score of 117.4%. The perspective that occupies the second dominant position is growth and learning with a perspective performance score of 109.6%, indicating that this indicator has a very healthy (AAA) predicate. The perspective that occupies the third dominant position is the customer perspective.
