      Analisis Pola Spektral Tanaman Tomat dan Hubungannya dengan Kondisi Fisik Tanaman

      Abstract
      Tingginya konsumsi masyarakat Indonesia terhadap tanaman tomat perlu didukung oleh produktivitas hasil yang optimal. Salah satu upaya untuk mendukung hal tersebut tercapai adalah dengan melakukan pengamatan pertumbuhan tanaman melalui kondisi fisik tanaman. Pengamatan pertumbuhan tanaman dapat dilakukan dengan proximal sensing menggunakan spectroradiometer untuk merekam reflektansi tanaman. Pola spektral dapat diamati dari reflektansi tanaman yang nilainya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah kondisi fisik tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pola spektral tanaman tomat pada beberapa perlakuan dan kanal menurut umur tanam, serta menganalisis korelasi antara pola spektral dengan kondisi fisik pada tanaman tomat. Pola spektral pada tiap umur tanam terlihat jelas perbedaannya pada kanal red edge dan NIR dan perlakuan mudah dibedakan pada 28 HST. Analisis single band dengan uji ANOVA menunjukkan pemberian perlakuan berpengaruh nyata pada nilai reflektan di tiap umur tanam dengan hasil uji Tukey dengan peninjauan pada dokumentasi visual fisik tanaman dan pola spektral menunjukkan umur tanam 28 HST memiliki perlakuan berbeda nyata paling signifikan. Analisis multiband dengan perhitungan nilai NDVI menunjukkan tanaman 55 HST memiliki nilai paling tinggi. Hasil uji korelasi kondisi fisik tanaman yang diamati, yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan jumlah bunga menunjukkan hasil tidak signifikan. Koefisien korelasi antara nilai reflektan dengan jumlah daun relatif lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan tinggi tanaman atau jumlah bunga. Koefisien korelasi antara nilai reflektan dengan jumlah daun pada 28 HST lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada 55 HST. Seluruh kanal reflektan pada 28 HST memiliki hubungan korelasi sedang dengan jumlah daun, kecuali kanal reflektan green (lemah) dengan koefisien korelasi tertinggi terdapat pada kanal NIR (0,478).
       
      The high consumption of tomatoes by the Indonesians needs to be supported by optimal productivity. One of the efforts to support this is to observe plant growth through the physical condition of the plant. Plant growth observation can be done with proximal sensing using a spectroradiometer to record plant reflectance. Spectral patterns can be observed from plant reflectance whose value is influenced by several factors, one of which is the physical condition of the plant. This study aims to analyze the spectral patterns of tomato plants in several treatments and bands according to planting age, and analyze the correlation between spectral patterns and physical conditions of tomato plants. Spectral patterns at each planting age are clearly visible differences in the red edge and NIR bands and treatments are easily distinguished at 28 DAP. Single band analysis with ANOVA test shows that the provision of treatment has a significant effect on the reflectance value at each planting age with the results of the Tukey test with a review of the physical visual documentation of plants and spectral patterns showing the 28 DAP planting age has the treatment with the most significant difference. Multiband analysis with the calculation of NDVI values shows that 55 DAP plants have the highest value. The correlation test results of the observed physical plant conditions, namely plant height, number of leaves, and number of flowers showed insignificant results. The correlation coefficient between the reflectance value and the number of leaves is relatively higher than the plant height or the number of flowers. The correlation coefficient between the reflectance value and the number of leaves at 28 DAP is higher than that at 55 DAP. All reflectance bands at 28 DAP have a moderate correlation relationship with the number of leaves, except for the green (weak) and reflectance band with the highest correlation coefficient found in the NIR band (0.478).
