      Pemanfataan Media Tanam Miko-seedcookies pada Tanaman Nyamplung (Calophyllum inophyllum) di Lahan Pascatambang Kapur

      Abstract
      Proses penambangan menyebabkan penurunan sifat-sifat tanah termasuk penurunan kesuburan tanah. Tanaman nyamplung memiliki kemampuan adaptasi yang baik terhadap kondisi lingkungan yang keras, termasuk lahan pascatambang kapur. Miko-seedcookies merupakan media tanam yang mengandung Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskula (FMA) yang berperan dalam meningkatkan penyerapan nutrisi dan ketersediaan air tanaman. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah 1) mengetahui pengaruh diameter miko-seedcookies terhadap perkecambahan dan pertumbuhan tanaman dan mendapatkan ukuran diameter media yang tepat, dan 2) menganalisis pengaruh miko-seedcookies yang dikombinasikan dengan teknik direct seeding dan peran FMA terhadap perkecambahan benih nyamplung di lahan pascatambang. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 2 perlakuan, yaitu diameter miko-seedcookies 5 cm dan 6 cm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan diameter miko-seedcookies tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkecambahan benih nyamplung dan pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman nyamplung. Penanaman menggunakan media tanam miko-seedcookies yang mengandung mikoriza dengan teknik penanaman direct seeding mampu mempercepat perkecambahan benih nyamplung.
       
      The mining process causes a decrease in soil properties, including soil fertility. Nyamplung plants adapt well to harsh environmental conditions, including lime post-mining land. Miko-seedcookies are planting media containing Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF), increasing nutrient absorption and water availability. The purposes of this study were 1) to determine the effect of the diameter of miko seedcookies on germination and plant growth and to obtain the right size of the diameter of the media, and 2) to analyze the effect of miko-seedcookies combined with direct seeding techniques and the role of AMF on nyamplung seed germination in post-mining land. The experimental design used was a Randomized Group Design (RBD) with 2 treatments, namely miko-seedcookies diameter of 5 cm and 6 cm. The results showed that the difference in diameter of miko-seedcookies did not significantly affect the germination of nyamplung seeds and the vegetative growth of nyamplung plants. Planting using miko-seedcookies planting media containing mycorrhiza with direct seeding technique can accelerate the germination of nyamplung seeds.
