      Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Tanaman Hias pada CV Saung Amazon

      Abstract
      CV Saung Amazon merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang tanaman hias yang penjualannya mulai menurun perlu membuat strategi baru untuk diterapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi usaha tanaman hias pada CV Saung Amazon serta merumuskan rancangan strategi pengembangan usaha tanaman hias yang penting dan sesuai untuk CV Saung Amazon. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, matriks IFE dan EFE, Matriks IE, Matriks SWOT, dan Matriks QSPM. Hasil matriks IFE menunjukkan kekuatan utama perusahaan berupa treatment dan pengemasan tanaman yang baik dan kelemahan utama berupa pengurusan SIP Mentan yang memakan waktu lama. Hasil matriks EFE menyimpulkan peluang utama perusahaan ialah meningkatnya permintaan terhadap tanaman hias hibrida dan ancaman utama ialah kekuatan tawar-menawar pembeli yang kuat. Hasil matriks IE menyimpulkan bahwa perusahaan berada pada posisi pertahankan dan pelihara. Matriks SWOT menghasilkan enam alternatif strategi dengan prioritas strategi ialah peningkatan pemasaran dan promosi yang dianalisis menggunakan matriks QSPM.
       
      CV Saung Amazon is a company engaged in ornamental plants whose sales began to decline needs to create a new strategy to implement. The purpose of this study is to identify internal and external factors that affect the ornamental plant business in CV Saung Amazon and formulate a design of an important and suitable ornamental plant business development strategy for CV Saung Amazon. The methods used in this study are qualitative descriptive analysis, IFE and EFE matrix, IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix, and QSPM Matrix. The results of the IFE matrix show the company's main is good plant treatment and packaging and the main weakness is in the form of the Ministry of Agriculture's SIP management which takes a long time. The EFE matrix results conclude that the company's main opportunity is the increasing demand for hybrid houseplants and the main threat is the strong bargaining power of buyers. The results of the IE matrix conclude that the company is in a hold and maintain position. The SWOT matrix produced six alternative strategies with the priority of strategy is improving marketing and promotion which is analyzed using the QSPM matrix.
