      Pengaruh Getaran dan Kebisingan Alat Mujitech Terhadap Kesehatan Pekerja Penyadapan Pinus

      Abstract
      Getaran dan kebisingan merupakan faktor fisik yang memengaruhi kesehatan manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh getaran dan kebisingan alat mujitech terhadap risiko gangguan kesehatan dengan tiga parameter yaitu kemampuan motorik, daya konsentrasi, dan detak jantung. Pengukuran getaran dilakukan pada bahu, tangan saat tidak memegang handle, tangan saat memegang handle menggunakan alat pelinding diri (APD) berupa sarung tangan, dan tanpa APD. Pengukuran kebisingan saat terpapar menggunakan APD berupa earmuff dan tanpa APD. Uji Wilcoxon digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh getaran dan kebisingan terhadap risiko gangguan kesehatan berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest. Getaran berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan motorik. Terpapar kebisingan menggunakan APD tidak berpengaruh terhadap daya konsentrasi, sedangkan kebisingan tanpa APD berpengaruh terhadap daya konsentrasi. Getaran dan kebisingan berpengaruh terhadap detak jantung dan dapat meningkatkan detak jantung.
       
      Vibration and noise are physical factors that affect human health. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of vibration and noise of mujitech tools on the risk of health problems with three parameters, namely motor ability, concentration power, and heart rate. Vibration measurements were taken on the shoulders, hands when not holding the handle, hands when holding the handle using personal protective equipment (PPE) in the form of gloves, and without PPE. Noise measurements when exposed using PPE in the form of earmuffs and without PPE. Wilcoxon test was used to analyze the effect of vibration and noise on the risk of health problems based on pretest and posttest results. Vibration affects motor skills. Exposure to noise using PPE has no effect on concentration power, while noise without PPE has an effect on concentration power. Vibration and noise affect heart rate and can increase heart rate.
