      Evaluasi Waste Management dan Good Health (GDFP) Menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process Peternakan Sapi Perah (Studi Kasus Manoko dan Cisaroni Kpsbu Lembang)

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi Good Dairy Farming Practice (GDFP) pada aspek kesehatan ternak (Good Health) serta lingkungan dan pengelolaan limbah (Waste Management) pada peternakan sapi perah rakyat KPSBU Lembang Wilayah Manoko dan Cisaroni. Penelitian menggunakan data analisis data dari Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang diolah denga Expert Choice, jumlah responden yang digunakan sebanyak 10 peternak Wilayah Manoko dan 10 peternak Wilayah Cisaroni yang memiliki sapi perah sedang laktasi, dan 2 orang akademisi bidang sapi perah, 1 praktisi peternakan, serta 1 orang dinas bidang sapi perah. Hasil evaluasi GDFP aspek waste management dan good health mendapat nilai performa secara berurutan adalah 2,67 dan 2,94 (kurang baik). Kriteria yang paling diprioritaskan yaitu pencegahan penyakit (0,193) dengan capaian 50% sehingga capaian tersebut masih bisa ditingkatkan.
       
      This study aims to evaluate Good Dairy Farming Practice (GDFP) on aspects of Good Health and Waste Management in KPSBU Lembang Manoko and Cisaroni regions. Both aspects are not handled properly can make it easier for cows to contract diseases so that they can reduce cow productivity and harm farmers. The study used analysis data from the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using descriptive analysis processed with Expert Choice, the number of respondents use 10 farmers in the Manoko and 10 farmers in the Cisaroni who had lactating dairy cows, and 2 academics in the field of dairy cows, 1 livestock practitioner, and 1 person from the dairy cattle department. The results of the GDFP evaluation of good health and waste management aspects received performance scores of 3.44 and 3 (sufficient) respectively. The most prioritized criterion is disease prevention (0.193) with an achievement of 50% so that the achievement can still be improved.
