      Keanekaragaman Lumut Kerak pada Dua Lokasi dengan Kualitas Udara Berbeda di Jakarta Selatan

      Abstract
      Lumut kerak merupakan salah satu bioindikator udara yang baik dan umum digunakan untuk memantau kualitas udara. Komposisi kimiawi dari lumut kerak dapat menggambarkan ketersediaan polutan di lingkungan. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu bertujuan mengkaji keanekaragaman jenis lumut kerak, komposisi jenis lumut kerak, serta respons lumut kerak pada dua lokasi dengan kualitas udara berbeda. Lokasi yang dipilih ditentukan dengan cara mengetahui karakteristik lingkungan meliputi suhu udara, kelembapan udara serta kualitas udara CO2 dan CO. Nilai keanekaragaman jenis lumut kerak di Tebet Eco Park (2,36) lebih tinggi daripada di TPS Rawajati Barat (1.71). Komposisi jenis lumut kerak yang ditemukan di Tebet Eco Park yaitu tiga belas jenis lumut kerak dari sembilan famili, sedangkan di TPS Rawajati Barat ditemukan enam jenis lumut kerak dari lima famili. Talus lumut kerak yang hidup di Tebet Eco Park menunjukkan respons talus berwarna lebih cerah, keadaan talus berkembang dengan baik dan tumbuh secara utuh satu kesatuan koloni serta luas tutupan talus yang lebih besar, sedangkan lumut kerak yang hidup di TPS Rawajati Barat menunjukkan respons talus berwarna lebih pudar dan kusam, keadaan talus berkembang tidak terlalu optimal, tumbuh secara terpecah-pecah tidak satu kesatuan koloni, serta luas tutupan talus yang lebih kecil.
       
      Lichens are one of the good bioindicators of air quality and commonly used for air quality monitoring. The chemical composition of lichens can depict the availability of pollutants in the environment. The aim of this study was to assess the diversity of lichen species, the composition of lichen species, and the responsse of lichens in two locations with different air quality. The selected locations were determined by considering environmental characteristics including air temperature, air humidity, and air quality in terms of CO2 and CO. The diversity index value of lichen species in Tebet Eco Park (2.36) was higher than that in TPS Rawajati Barat (1.71). The composition of lichen species found in Tebet Eco Park consisted of thirteen lichen species from nine families, while in TPS Rawajati Barat, six lichen species from five families were found. The lichen thallus living in Tebet Eco Park showed a brighter color responsse, well-developed thallus condition with intact colony units, and a larger thallus coverage area. On the other hand, the lichen thallus living in TPS Rawajati Barat exhibited a paler and duller color responsse, less optimal thallus development with fragmented and non-unified colony units, and a smaller thallus coverage area.
