      Perancangan Pengalaman Pengguna Aplikasi Digitani Menggunakan Metode Five Planes untuk Pakar Pertanian IPB

      Abstract
      Institut Pertanian Bogor telah merilis aplikasi Digitani berbasis mobile dan web untuk memfasilitasi konsultasi antara petani dan pakar pertanian IPB. Namun, aplikasi tersebut belum melakukan analisis mendalam mengenai kebutuhan pakar. Padahal, pakar pertanian IPB berperan penting dalam menyebarkan ilmu-ilmu pertanian. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian yang berfokus pada perancangan prototipe mobile dan web aplikasi Digitani sesuai dengan kebutuhan pakar IPB menggunakan metode Five Planes. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi user persona, 11 spesifikasi fungsional, low-fidelity prototype, dan high-fidelity prototype. Prototipe dievaluasi menggunakan metode Retrospective Think Aloud kepada lima responden dengan jumlah 20 task. Evaluasi menunjukkan error rate tertinggi terjadi pada pengerjaan task mobile sebesar 70%. Terdapat dua task pada mobile dan satu task pada web yang pengerjaannya melampaui batas waktu yang ditentukan. Evaluasi ini menjadi saran untuk perbaikan pada prototipe selanjutnya. Secara keseluruhan, responden menilai bahwa desain aplikasi Digitani menarik dan mudah digunakan.
       
      Bogor Agricultural University has released a mobile and web-based Digitani application to facilitate consultation between farmers and IPB agricultural experts. However, the application has not conducted an in-depth analysis of expert needs. In fact, IPB agricultural experts play an important role in disseminating agricultural sciences. Therefore, research was conducted that focused on designing mobile and web prototypes of the Digitani application according to the needs of IPB experts using the Five Planes method. The results of this research include user personas, 11 functional specifications, low-fidelity prototype, and high-fidelity prototype. The prototype was evaluated using the Retrospective Think Aloud method to five respondents with a total of 20 tasks. The evaluation showed that the highest error rate occurred in the mobile task at 70%. Then, there were two tasks on mobile and one task on the web that exceeded the specified time limit. This evaluation is a suggestion for improvement in the next prototype. Overall, respondents found the design of the Digitani app attractive and easy to use.
