Analisis Pendapatan dan Efisiensi Usahatani Stroberi Di Desa Alamendah, Kecamatan Rancabali, Kabupaten Bandung

Abstract

Desa Alamendah merupakan salah satu produsen stroberi di wilayah Kabupaten Bandung. Akan tetapi, saat ini hasil produksi usahatani stroberi cenderung menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis pendapatan petani stroberi Desa Alamendah; 2) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat produksi usahatani stroberi di Desa Alamendah; dan 3) menganalisis tingkat efisiensi penggunaan input pada usahatani stroberi. Metode yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis pendapatan, analisis fungsi produksi CobbDouglas dan analisis efisiensi ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa usahatani stroberi di Desa Alamendah memberikan keuntungan secara ekonomi bagi petani. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai R/C atas biaya tunai adalah sebesar 2,36 dan nilai R/C atas biaya total adalah 1,16 maka usahatani stroberi layak untuk diusahakan. Faktor produksi yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani stroberi di Desa Alamendah adalah pupuk kandang dan pupuk daun. Akan tetapi penggunaan faktor produksi tersebut belum efisien karena nilai rasio NPM-BKM lebih dari satu sehingga penggunaannya perlu ditingkatkan.

Alamendah Village is one of the strawberry producers in the Bandung Regency area. However, currently the production of strawberry farming tends to decline. This study aims to 1) analyze the income of Alamendah Village strawberry farmers; 2) analyze the factors that influence the production level of strawberry farming in Alamendah Village; and 3) analyze the level of efficiency of input use in strawberry farming. The methods to be used in this research are income analysis, Cobb-Douglas production function analysis and economic efficiency analysis. The results showed that strawberry farming in Alamendah Village provides economic benefits for farmers. This is indicated by the R/C value on cash costs is 2.36 and the R/C value on total costs is 1.16, so strawberry farming is feasible. Production factors that have a positive and significant effect on the production of strawberry farming in Alamendah Village are manure and leaf fertilizer. However, the use of these production factors is not yet efficient because the value of the NPM-BKM ratio is more than one so that their use needs to be increased.
