EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN ZAKAT DENGAN PENDEKATAN INDEKS IMPLEMENTASI ZAKAT CORE PRINCIPLE (STUDI KASUS: BAZNAS KOTA SUKABUMI)

Abstract

ERMIYANTI. Efektivitas Pengelolaan Zakat Dengan Pendekatan Indeks Implementasi Zakat Core Principle (Studi Kasus: BAZNAS Kota Sukabumi). Dibimbing oleh IRFAN SYAUQI BEIK. Organisasi Pengelolaan Zakat (OPZ) memiliki peran penting dalam pengelolaan zakat sehingga diperlukan perhatian khusus untuk mengevaluasi kinerjanya. Kota Sukabumi memiliki potensi zakat sebesar Rp148,46 miliar. Namun, terdapat gap antara realisasi dengan potensi yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengelolaan zakat berdasarkan indeks implementasi ZCP di BAZNAS Kota Sukabumi dan untuk memformulasikan rekomendasi strategi penguatan kinerja BAZNAS Kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Multi-Stage Weighted Indeks dan analisis tiga tahap formulasi strategi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa BAZNAS Kota Sukabumi memiliki skor Indeks Implementasi ZCP sebesar 0,81. Hal tersebut menjadikan BAZNAS Kota Sukabumi termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik, artinya BAZNAS Kota Sukabumi dijadikan sebagai model/contoh dalam pengimplementasian indikator ZCP. Selain itu, dihasilkan lima alternatif strategi dengan prioritas strategi, yaitu penguatan kerjasama dalam bentuk aliansi untuk mempermudah perusahaan atau organisasi untuk mengelola zakat.

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of zakat management based on the ZCP implementation index at BAZNAS Sukabumi City and formulate recommendations for enhancing BAZNAS Sukabumi City's performance. The method used in this research is the Multi-Stage Weighted Index and a three-stage analysis for strategy formulation. The research results show that BAZNAS of Sukabumi city has an Index of ZCP Implementation score of 0.81. This places BAZNAS of Sukabumi city in the category of very good, indicating that it serves as a model organization that has implemented ZCP indicators. In addition, five alternative strategies are generated, with the priority strategy being the strengthening of cooperation in the form of alliances to facilitate companies or organizations in managing zakat.
