Abstract
This research tells about the work condition of the woman employees and its correlation to family welfare in PTPN VI Kebun Kayu Aro. Overall the work condition of employees in PTPN VI Kebun Kayu Aro described as good enough, but there is the difference of work condition because of sex difference. Education doesn’t employees work condition in the company. Unlike the long term of work and age. The family welfare can be seen from the health, education of member of the family, family consumsion pattern, and the employee’s houses. The amount childern in the family doesn’t have correlation the family welfare. The suggestion of this research are apply gender socialization in order to abolish gender stereotyp, improve communication between company and employees, and motivate the children of employees to persue their education to higher level.
