Analisis Kelayakan Pengembangan Bisnis Sayuran Hidroponik (Studi Kasus Kebun Gizi Hidroponik Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Depok)

Abstract

Kebun Gizi Hidroponik Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Depok merupakan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Kimia Farma yang memanfaatkan potensi lembaga pendidikan pesantren demi mendukung pengembangan kemandirian ekonomi Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Depok. Permintaan terhadap sayuran hidroponik di kebun gizi ini terus mengalami peningkatan, akan tetapi jumlah produksi belum memenuhi permintaan tersebut oleh karena itu perlu adanya pengembangan. Hasil analisis pada aspek non finansial menyatakan bahwa pengembangan bisnis sayuran hidroponik layak untuk dijalankan berdasarkan aspek pasar, teknis, manajemen, hukum, sosial, ekonomi, budaya, dan lingkungan. Hasil analisis aspek finansial berdasarkan nilai NPV, IRR, Net B/C, Payback Period, serta Incremental Net Benefit menunjukkan bahwa bisnis layak untuk dijalankan baik pada kondisi tanpa ataupun dengan pengembangan.

Hydroponic Nutrition Garden at Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School Depok is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of Kimia Farma that utilizes the potential of Islamic boarding schools to support the development of economic independence at Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School Depok. The demand for hydroponic vegetables in this nutrition garden continues to increase, but the amount of production has not met this demand, therefore it needs development. The results of the analysis on non-financial aspects state that the development of a hydroponic vegetable business is feasible based on market, technical, management, legal, social, economic, cultural and environmental aspects. The results of the analysis of the financial aspects based on the values of NPV, IRR, Net B/C, Payback Period, and Incremental Net Benefit show that the business is feasible to run either without or with development.
