      Pengaruh Keterlibatan Ayah dalam Pengasuhan dan Kecerdasan Emosi terhadap Stres Akademik Remaja pada Dual Earner Family

      Abstract
      Ayah yang tidak terlibat dalam pengasuhan serta pengelolaan emosi yang buruk menyebabkan remaja rentan mengalami stres akademik. Kondisi tersebut dapat mengganggu kemampuan konsentrasi remaja sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan dan kecerdasan emosi terhadap stres akademik remaja pada dual earner family. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Tangerang dengan kriteria sampel remaja MAN secara purposive kelas 10–12 SMA. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 214 remaja. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan ayah berhubungan negatif signifikan dengan stres akademik remaja. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kecerdasan emosi, well-being dan emotionality berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap stres akademik remaja. Sedangkan, pendapatan keluarga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap stres akademik remaja. Namun, keterlibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres akademik remaja. Remaja perlu untuk memahami emosi diri dan tidak ragu dalam mengungkapkan emosi. Selain itu, orang tua perlu membimbing remaja dalam untuk memiliki kematangan emosional guna menghindari stres akademik.
       
      Fathers who are not involved in parenting and poor emotional management make adolescents vulnerable to academic stress. This condition can interfere with adolescents' ability to concentrate, thus affecting academic performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of father’s involvement in parenting and adolescent’s emotional intelligence on adolescent’s academic stress among dual earner families. This research was conducted in Tangerang with the sample criteria being purposively selected Islamic high school youth aged grade 10–12. The number of samples in this study were 214 teenagers. The results show that emotional intelligence, well-being and emotionality have a significant negative effect on adolescent academic stress. Meanwhile, family income has a significant positive effect on adolescent academic stress. However, father's involvement in parenting does not have a significant effect on adolescent academic stress. Adolescents need to understand their own emotions and not hesitate in expressing emotions. In addition, parents need to guide adolescents in having emotional maturity to avoid academic stress.
