Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the efforts to maintain the existence of the company. One of the CSR program is in community development. Community development program will only be done by using the approach and implementation strategies that the empower the community. This empowerment will only occur if there is participation from the community. If CSR is implemented by a company will have an impact on the company and the community. The impact of the company image can be good while for the community impact can be the sustainable of the the social-istitutional.
