Perawan Beach is a tourist attraction with potential coastal to be developed for ecotourism. The research aims to determine management strategies based on the potential and suitability of resources, carrying capacity, and visitor perceptions of beach ecotourism during the COVID-19 pandemic on Pari Island, Thousand Islands, DKI Jakarta. The research was conducted between June 2021 to March 2022. The analysis used in the research is the tourism suitability index, carrying capacity, perception analysis, and SWOT analysis. The analysis's results indicate that the suitability index of Perawan Beach is in the suitable and very suitable categories, with a carrying capacity of 20 guests per day. Based on tourist perceptions, an increase in the entrance fee for the beach can be made to accommodate the need to increase the beach area. Improvements that can be made in the Virgin Beach area include improving facilities and infrastructure, increasing beach safety and security, and maintaining coastal resources. Management Strategy is obtained from SWOT analysis. Beach management strategies that can be used for ecotourism development include making Perawan Beach exclusive to tourism with a limited number of visitors, collaborating with the government and the private sector in tourism and conservation, and collaborating with stakeholders both in government and the community in developing ecotourism
