      Identifikasi dan Efektivitas Agen Hayati terhadap Patogen Penyebab Penyakit Jamur Akar Putih (Rigidoporus sp.) secara in Vitro

      Abstract
      Penyakit pada tanaman memberikan pengaruh terhadap proses pertumbuhan tanaman tersebut. Salah satu patogen penyebab penyakit jamur akar putih Rigidoporus sp. dapat menular melalui kontak akar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui jenis agen hayati dan efektivitasnya dalam menghambat Rigidoporus sp. secara in vitro. Identifikasi dilakukan secara makroskopis dan mikroskopis. Pengujian daya hambat dilakukan pada media Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji sidik ragam dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Satu Faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis agen hayati yang teridentifikasi yaitu Trichoderma sp. dengan umur peremajaan 8 hari (T8) paling efektif dalam menghambat pertumbuhan Rigidoporus sp. dan memiliki persentase paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 71%. Kata kunci: penghambatan, peremajaan, Rigidoporus sp, Trichoderma sp.
       
      Diseases affect the process of plant growth. One of the pathogens that causes white root fungal disease Rigidoporus sp. can be transmitted through root contact. This study aims to determine the types of biological agents and their effectiveness in inhibiting Rigidoporus sp. in vitro. Identification is carried out macroscopically and microscopically. Inhibitory power testing was carried out on Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) media which was then followed by a fingerprint test with a One-Factor Complete Random Design. The results showed that Trichoderma sp. with a rejuvenation age of 8 days (T8) was the most effective in inhibiting the growth of Rigidoporus sp. and had the highest percentage at 71%.
