      Abstract
      On Regosol at Sindang Mekar Village, kecamatan. Wanaraja, kabupaten Garut, soybean grown from October 1984 until January 1985 yielded clean weeded and without weed- ings respectively 0.61 and 0.36 tons per hectare. Paddy hulls and TSP added to a 5.9 kilogram Regosol. sample on the yield of soybean was investigated in a greenhouse of Faculty of Agriculture, Padjadjaran Uni- versity with treatments: (1) zero paddy hulls and TSP; (2) zero TSP and 510 g paddy hulls; (3) zero paddy hulls and 10 g TSP per pot; (4) With 510 paddy hulls and 10 gram TSP per pot. No significant yield difference between zero and paddy hulls, on the other hand the zero TSP and Triple Super Phosphate (TSP) yielded respectively 5.98 & and 7.72 8 per pot, with significant difference. A field experiment at Sindang Mekar village, kecamatan. Wanaraja, Kabupaten Garut, on terraced land with a slope gradient of eight percent, and elevation 800 m from sea Level; from January 15 until July 10, 1985 mixed with IFB university tested the effect of hulls and TSP added to Regosol Galunggung volcanic ash on some soil chemical and physical data, and soybean growth and yield. The design is a ran- domized factorial block (RBD) (a) paddy hulls at three levels (zero, 20 and 40 tons paddy hulls per hectare), (b) Triple Super Phosphate at two levels (zero, and 100 kg TSP per hectare, with six replications...dst
