      Abstract

Indonesia's commitment in forestry and other land uses sector to reduce GHG emissions is realized through Indonesia's FOLU Net Sink 2030, which can be implemented through social forestry and conservation parthnership. This study aims to identify the diversity and form of utilization of plant species to support FOLU Net Sink 2030. The research methods used were interviews, vegetation analysis, participatory observation, and exploration. The diversity of plant species used was 148 species with 18 species from within the Traditional Zone and 136 species from outside the area. The habitus and part that widely used is herb and leaves. The majority utilizes cultivated medicinal plants planted in the garden. The common processing is boiled. The main groups to be developed are medicinal, food, and ornamental plant. Plant species that have high carbon absorption for planting outside the area are Arthocarpus heterophyllus (4856 kg C/tree/year) and for planting within the area namely Swietenia macrophylla (114.03 kg C/tree /year).
