      Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Gaya Hidup Hedonis terhadap Keputusan Investasi generasi Milenial dan Z

      Abstract
      Investor milenial dan Z mengalami peningkatan minat dalam berinvestasi pada produk pasar modal. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan investasi seperti jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, tingkat literasi keuangan, dan gaya hidup hedonis. Terdapat perbedaan gaya hidup hedonis dan keputusan investasi pada kedua generasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan investasi generasi milenial dan Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penarikan contoh voluntary sampling dengan total 193 responden generasi milenial dan Z di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada generasi milenial dan Z, pengetahuan keuangannya terkategori tinggi, sikap keuangannya terkategori sedang, perilaku keuangan generasi milenial terkategori tinggi, dan pada generasi Z terkategori sedang. Gaya hidup hedonis kedua generasi terkategori rendah dan keputusan investasinya terkategori tinggi. Jenis kelamin dan gaya hidup hedonis berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap keputusan investasi. Perilaku keuangan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan investasi.
       
      Nowadays, millennial and Z investors are more likely to buy financial products of capital market. There are some factors that influence investment decisions such as gender, marital status, level of financial literacy, and hedonic lifestyle. There are differences in the lifestyles between the two generations. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle towards investment decisions across millennial and Z generations. This research used a voluntary sampling technique with total of 193 respondents in Indonesia. Based on the results of this study, financial knowledge of both generation is in the high category, while financial attitude is in the moderate category. Furthemore, behavior of the millennial generation is in the high category, Z generation is in the moderate category. The hedonic lifestyle of both generations are in the low category and their investment decisions are in the high category. Gender and hedonic lifestyle have a significant negative effect on investment decisions, while financial behavior have a significant positive effect on investment decisions.
