Pulau Pari merupakan salah satu pulau kecil di Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta yang diperuntukkan sebagai wilayah pemukiman. Pulau Pari juga
merupakan destinasi wisata unggulan di Kepulauan Seribu. Tingginya aktivitas manusia dan pengaruh faktor alam berpotensi memicu timbulnya penumpukan sampah laut di Pulau Pari. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi sampah laut yang terdampar di Pulau Pari, Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta berdasarkan jumlah, berat, dan jenis sampah laut. Penelitian dilakukan selama bulan Mei–Juli 2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan transek garis sepanjang 30 meter. Sampah laut yang diperoleh berjumlah 1.033 item dengan bobot mencapai 33,42
kg. Kelimpahan sampah laut diestimasi sebesar 0,96 ± 0,52 item/m2
atau 30,95 ± 8,96 g/m2. Selama penelitian, kelimpahan sampah laut tertinggi ditemukan pada bulan Mei. Komposisi tertinggi berjenis plastik dan karet (74%). Berdasarkan clean coast index, Pulau Pari tergolong kotor. Pada penelitian ini, musim berkorelasi kuat dengan kelimpahan sampah laut. Kelimpahan pada setiap bulan pemantauan tidak berbeda signifikan menurut uji Kruskal-Wallis. Sumber sampah laut di Pulau Pari sebagian besar diduga berasal dari masukan luar pulau. as residential area. Pari Island is also a top-rated tourist destination in Kepulauan Seribu. High intensity of human activities and the influence of natural factors are potentially triggering the accumulation of marine debris in Pari Island. The aim of this research is to analyze the condition of stranded marine debris in Pari Island based on type, amount, and weight of marine debris. This research was conducted on May–July 2022. Data collection was carried out using a 30 meter line transect. Marine debris in total of 1,033 items or 33.42 kg was obtained. Abundance of marine debris was estimated at 0.96 ± 0.52 item/m2 or 30.95 ± 8.96 g/m2. During this research period, the highest abundance of marine debris was recorded in May. The highest composition were plastic and rubber (74%). Based on clean coast index, Pari Island was dirty. In this research, season has a strong correlation with marine debris abundance. Abundance in every study month has no significant difference according to Kruskal-Wallis test. Source of marine debris was predicted primarily from outside Pari Island.
