      Abstract
Penurunan laju kontak penyebaran penyakit mengakibatkan bilangan reproduksi dasar menurun, sedangkan pemberian vaksinasi mengakibatkan bilangan reproduksi dasar menurun.

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease in humans that can cause death. This disease is caused by the bacterium mycobacterium tuberculosis which attacks the lungs. The purpose of this study is to reconstruct a mathematical model of the spread of tuberculosis to determine the stability of a fixed point using the Jacobian matrix and Routh-Hurtwiz criteria, as well as to perform a sensitivity analysis of the model parameters. Fixed point stability analysis is based on the basic reproduction number. This number is obtained by using the next generation matrix. In this study it was found that the disease-free fixed point is asymptotically stable globally when the basic reproduction number is less than one. In this case, sensitive parameters are the contact rate of disease spread and provisioning a vaccination. A decrease in the contact rate of disease spread implies a decrease in the basic reproductive number, while the provision of vaccinations implies a decrease in the basic reproduction number. In addition, the decrease in vaccination failure also implies a decrease in the basic reproductive number. This decrease in the basic reproductive number causes the disease to be controlled and the population affected by the disease is increasingly disappearing.
