      Abstract
      Salah satu masalah penjadwalan adalah penjadwalan pengajar di dalam suatu institusi pendidikan. Terdapat beberapa pertimbangan pada penjadwalan pengajar yaitu ketersediaan waktu mengajar, ketersediaan mengajar secara online dan offline, preferensi mengajar dosen, kesesuaian materi yang diajarkan dengan bidang keahlian pengajar, sampai meratanya beban tugas mengajar bagi tiap pengajar. Salah satu penyelesaian masalah penjadwalan ini adalah dengan goal programming. Terdapat dua jenis kendala yang perlu ditinjau, yaitu hard constraints dan soft constraints. Dalam goal programming, akan diminimumkan peubah simpangan yang mengakibatkan soft constraints menyimpang dari nilai yang diharapkan. Model penjadwalan pengajar ini diaplikasikan pada data kasus penjadwalan dosen di Jurusan Matematika Universitas XYZ yang melibatkan penjadwalan untuk mata kuliah dua program studi sarjana, satu program studi magister dan 31 kelas paralel pada program tingkat pertama. Dari hasil implementasi, diperoleh penjadwalan yang memenuhi kendala-kendala dan meratakan beban mengajar dosen selama setahun akademik.
       
      One of the scheduling problems is the scheduling of teachers in an educational institution. There are several considerations in teacher scheduling, namely the availability of teaching time, the availability of online and offline teaching, lecturers' teaching preferences, the suitability of the material taught with the teacher's field of expertise, to the even distribution of the teaching task load for each teacher. One solution to this scheduling problem is goal programming. There are two types of constraints reviewed, hard constraints and soft constraints. In goal programming, we minimize the deviation variables, which causes soft constraints to deviate from the expected value. This teacher scheduling model is applied to the case data of lecturer scheduling at the Mathematics Department of XYZ University which involves scheduling for courses for two undergraduate study programs, one master study program and 31 parallel classes in the Joint first level program. The result of the implementation, is a scheduling satisfies the constraints and evens out the teaching load of the lecturers during the academic year.
