Maka semakin jauh maka semakin lama reaksi Ikan Kerapu Tikus mendekati pakan. The Rat Grouper (Cromileptes altevalis) has very bright prospects for cultivation because it is one of the species that has high economic value and has excellent domestic and foreign market opportunities. Conditioning is a form of learning that allows organisms to respond to stimuli that previously did not cause that response, or a process to introduce various reflexes into behavior. This study aims to see the response of the Rat Grouper to a stimulus in the form of a sound signal when feeding. The steps taken in detecting the characteristics of the Rat Grouper are pond preparation, acclimatization, iron knocking. Fish response to feeding using iron tap. At a distance of 1 m the mouse grouper will approach the sound of iron knocking for 8 seconds, at a distance of 2 m for 10 seconds the mouse grouper will approach the sound of iron knocking for feeding in the afternoon, at a distance of 3 m the Rat Grouper will approach the feed at the iron tap for 12 seconds, at a distance of 4 m the Rat Grouper will approach the iron knock for 14 seconds, at a distance of 5 m when the iron knock is sounded, the Rat Grouper will approach for 17 seconds, and at a distance of 6 m the Rat Grouper will approach the knocking sound with time 18 seconds. The response of the Rat Grouper when feeding in the morning was not too different from the response at the time of feeding in the afternoon. So the farther away, the longer the reaction of the Rat Grouper to the feed.
