Analisis Potensi Pengembangan Silvopastural (Studi Kasus Hutan Pendidikan Gunung Walat di Kabupaten Sukabumi, Jawa Barat).
Abstract
Analisis Hierarki Proses (AHP), Analisis Finansial dengan kriteria Break Even
senyawa berbahaya limbah ternak. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa
potensi silvopastural berdasarkan perhitungan AHP, ialah usaha Sapi Brahman
manjadi pilihan pertama, Kambing Etawa pilihan kedua, Domba Garut pilihan
ketiga, dan Sapi Friesien Holstein pilihan keempat. Aspek finansial menunjukkan
Silvopastural is a combination of tree and pet management as a mutually
sustainable system with double yields on the same land. The abundant resources of
the Mount Walat Educational Forest (HPGW) and the livestock sector that has
increased in terms of demand are potential that can be developed. This study aims
to identify silvopastural potential and analyze business feasibility based on
economic, social, and ecological aspects. The methods used are Process Hierarchy
Analysis (AHP), Financial Analysis with Break Even Point (BEP), Net Present
Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) criteria,
as well as Ecological Analysis with criteria for environmental conditions and
hazardous compounds of livestock waste. The results of this study found that the
silvopastural potential based on AHP calculations, is the business of Brahman
Cattle as the first choice, Etawa Goats the second choice, Garut Sheep the third
choice, and Friesien Holstein Cattle the fourth choice. The financial aspect shows
that the Brahman Cattle, Friesein Holstein Cattle, and Etawa Goats businesses are
viable to run and the Garut Sheep business is not feasible to run. The social aspect
shows that silvopastural businesses can create jobs by absorbing 5-10 people and
become an additional source of income of IDR 3,064,218.08. The ecological aspect
shows that Brahman Cattle and Holstein Friesein Cattle can adapt to the conditions
of place altitude, air temperature, and rainfall in the Mount Walat Education Forest,
but the air humidity in the Mount Walat Education Forest is relatively higher than
the optimal air humidity of the maintenance of Brahman Cattle and Holstein
Friesein Cattle. Etawa Goats and Garut Sheep can adapt to the conditions of altitude
and air temperature in the Gunung Walat Education Forest, but the rainfall and air
humidity in the Gunung Walat Education Forest are relatively higher than the
optimal rainfall and air humidity for the maintenance of Etawa Goats and Garut
Sheep. Hazardous compounds produced from livestock waste silvopastural
activities, namely ammonium, hydrogen sulfide, CO2, and CH4.
