      Evaluasi Kematangan Pascapanen Buah Pisang Mas Kirana (Musa acuminata, AA Group Banana) Menggunakan Kajian Satuan Panas di Sukamantri, Bogor, Jawa Barat.

      Abstract
      Pisang merupakan salah satu jenis buah yang digemari oleh masyarakat luas terutama pada negara maju serta banyak dibudidayakan di negara tropis dan subtropis hangat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memantapkan kualitas panen buah pisang Mas Kirana menggunakan metode akumulasi satuan panas ±650 °C hari setelah antesis sebagai kriteria panen terukur pisang Mas Kirana di Sukamantri, Jawa Barat. Percobaan dilakukan di kebun percobaan Sukamantri, Bogor, Jawa Barat pada ketinggian 550 meter diatas permukaan laut pada bulan Maret 2020 hingga Juni 2020. Sisir ke-3 buah pisang Mas Kirana dipisahkan dari tandan buah pisang yang telah dipanen lalu dibawa dan diuji mutu fisik dan kimia di Laboratorium Pascapanen, Departemen Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Fakultas Pertanian, Intstitut Pertanian Bogor pada bulan April 2020 hingga Juni 2020. Percobaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) sebanyak 4 waktu antesis yang berbeda. Selang waktu antar perlakuan paling lama 3 hari dari tanaman pertama antesis dan setiap perlakuan terdiri atas 3-5 pohon pisang sebagai ulangan. Buah pisang Mas Kirana dapat dipanen pada antesis 662 °C hari atau 35 hari setelah antesis dengan waktu peram selama 12-14 hari. Waktu antesis bunga pisang tidak mempengaruhi mutu buah pisang Mas Kirana yang telah matang peram baik mutu fisik maupun mutu kimia.
       
      Banana is one of the most favorable fruits worldwide especially in developed countries and have been widely cultivated in tropical and warm subtropical countries. one of them is Indonesia. The purpose of this experiment is to evaluate and ensure the harvest quality of Mas Kirana banana fruit using heat unit accumulation of ±650 ºC after anthesis as a measured method of harvest in Sukamantri, West Java. This experiment was carried out in Sukamantri Experimental Plantation, Bogor, West Java the altitude of 550 meter above sea level from March 2020 to June 2020. The third hand is separated from the harvested banana bunch then brought and examined by their physical and chemical qualities in Post-harvest Laboratory, Department of Agronomy and Horticulture, IPB University in April 2020 to June 2020. This research conducted in a completely randomized design consist of 4 different tagging period, each period is separated by 3 days after the first plant start anthesis and period consist of 3-5 banana trees as repetition. Mas Kirana banana can be harvested for 662 °C or 35 days after anthesis which have green-life for 12- 14 days. Difference of anthesis time of banana flower doesn’t have a significant effect on physical quality nor chemical quality in ripened Mas Kirana banana.
