      Verifikasi Penetapan Kadar Etanol pada Produk Yoghurt dengan Metode SNI 8965:2021

      Abstract
      SNI 8965:2021 tentang metode deteksi dan kuantifikasi etanol pada produk minuman merupakan metode standar yang telah divalidasi. Metode standar yang akan digunakan di laboratorium perlu diverifikasi agar metode tersebut dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara ilmiah, dapat dipercaya, dan hasil uji terjamin sesuai dengan persyaratan dan parameter tertentu. Parameter yang diuji pada penelitian ini ialah akurasi, presisi, ketidakpastian pengujian, rentang kerja, dan limit deteksi metode (MDL) dengan yoghurt sebagai matriks uji. Nilai akurasi diperoleh dengan metode recovery yang menghasilkan data pada rentang 95–105% sehingga data dapat dikatakan akurat. Data akurasi dikatakan presisi karena memenuhi persyaratan nilai Relative Standard Deviation (RSD) < 2/3 CV Horwitz. Nilai MDL aktual yang diperoleh ialah 0,0357 % v/v. Nilai ketidakpastian pada sampel spiking 5% adalah 0,6466 ± 0,0532 5% v/v; nilai tersebut dapat diminimumkan dengan meningkatkan spesifikasi alat dan keterampilan analis. Semua parameter telah memenuhi syarat keberterimaan hasil sehingga metode dapat dikatakan telah terverifikasi.
       
      SNI 8965:2021 concerning the method of detection and quantification of ethanol in beverage products is a standard method that has been validated. The standard method that will be used in the laboratory needs to be verified so that the method can be scientifically justified, trusted, and the test results are guaranteed under certain requirements and parameters. The parameters tested in this study were accuracy, precision, test uncertainty, working range, and method detection limit (MDL) with yogurt as the test matrix. The accuracy value obtained by using the recovery method produces data in the range of 95 – 105%, so the data can be said to be accurate. Accuracy is precise because it meets the requirements Relative Standard Deviation (RSD) < 2/3 CV Horwitz. The actual MDL value obtained was 0,0357% v/v. The value of uncertainty in the 5% spiking sample is 0,6466 ± 0,0532 5% v/v, where this value can be minimized by increasing tools specifications and analyst skills. All parameters have met the acceptance requirements of the results so that the method can be said to be verified.
