      Sintesis dan karakterisasi film litium niobat LiNbO3 Didadah Besi (II) Asetat (Fe (CH3COOH)2)

      Abstract
      Telah dilakukan penumbuhan film tipis Litium Niobat (LiNbO3) yang didadah Besi (II) asesat (Fe(CH3COO)2) dengan konsentrasi yang divariasikan (0%; 0,5%; 1%; 1,5%). Metode yang digunakan yaitu Chemical Solution depotition (CSD) dengan teknik spin coating pada kecepatan 8000 rpm selama 60 detik. Film tipis litium Niobat ini dibuat dengan konsentrasi 1 M dan annealing pada suhu 850o C diatas substrat silikon (100) bertipe p yang ditahan selama 8 jam dengan kelajuan sebesar 1,67 oC/menit. Metode volumetrik digunakan untuk mencari ketebalan sebuah film tipis, dan diperoleh hasilnya yaitu 8,6430 μm; 6,4823 μm; 2,5930 μm; 2,5930 μm. Fungsi Kubelka munk digunakan untuk mendapatkan Nilai energi band gap dan hasilnya berada dalam rentang 2,689005 – 2,792306 eV. Hasil uji berdasarkan data XRD menunjukkan bahwa sampel film LiNbO3 merupakan kristal dengan struktur Heksagonal dengan pola puncak difraksi yang dominan (012), (104), (122), dan (214) serta parameter yang didapat berkisar antara kisi a = (5,08324 –5,80617) Å dan kisi c = (13,9042 – 16,5658) Å.       A thin film of Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) has been grown which is doped with Iron (II) acetate (Fe(CH3COO)2) with various concentrations (0%; 0.5%; 1%; 1.5%). The method used is Chemical Solution depotition (CSD) with a spin coating technique at a speed of 8000 rpm for 60 seconds. This lithium niobate thin film was made with a concentration of 1 M and annealed at 850oC on a p-type silicon (100) substrate which was held for 8 hours at a speed of 1.67oC/min. Volumetric method was used to find the thickness of a thin film, and the results were 8.6430 m; 6.4823 m; 2.5930 m; 2.5930 m. The Kubelka munk function is used to get the band gap energy value and the results are in the range of 2.6890 – 2.7923 eV. The test results based on XRD data showed that the LiNbO3 film sample was a crystal with a hexagonal structure with a dominant pattern of diffraction peaks (012), (104), (122), and (214) and the parameters obtained ranged from lattice a = (5.08324 – 5.80617) Å and lattice c = (13.9042 – 16.5658) Å.Keywords : CSD, Bandgap energy, Kubelka munk, volumetric method, X-ray Diffraction
