Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari 100 responden yang di survei secara langsung dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi logistik. The non-Muslim population in Parapat City and its surroundings reaches 95%. This results in many foods or places to eat that are not labeled halal and can then hinder the development of Lake Toba as one of the "New Bali" destinations in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to examine the attitudes of tourists visiting Parapat City towards non-halal labeled food and the factors that influence it. The study was conducted using primary data collected from 100 respondents who were surveyed directly and analyzed using descriptive statistics and logistic regression. The results of the analysis show that the factors that positively affect the attitude of Muslim tourists towards non-halal labeled food are halal knowledge and occupation
