The use of chicken egg shells (CTA) as a source of calcium for the synthesis of CaF2 nanoparticles using the co-precipitation method and the analysis of the effect of Dy, Eu, and Mn doping on the thermoluminescence (TL) properties of CaF2 nanoparticles from CTA were investigated in this study. The XRD pattern shows CaF2 nanoparticles from CTA have an average crystalline size of 27,7 nm. The SEM image shows CaF2 nanoparticles from an agglomerated granules with an average particles size of 37,03 nm. CaF2:Dy showing a Glow curve consisted by two glow peak meanwhile CaF2:Eu and CaF2:Mn only showing one glow peak. Computerize glow curve deconvolution (CGCD) was performed to analyze the peak of the glow curve and to estimate the TL trap parameters in the sample. The deconvolution show the glow curve of CaF2:Dy, CaF2:Eu and CaF2:Mn nanoparticles consist of six, seven and five overlapping sub-peaks, respectively. CaF2:Dy, CaF2:Eu and CaF2:Mn nanoparticles from CTA displayed a linear dose response in the range of 2,5 – 25 mGy. The sensitivity of CaF2:Dy and CaF2:Eu nanoparticles from CTA respectively was found to be 22 times and 2 times higher than TLD-100. These results indicate that CaF2:Dy, CaF2:Eu, and CaF2:Mn nanoparticles from CTA have a potential to be used as TL dosimeters
