      Abstract
      Di Indonesia, kanker payudara menempati peringkat pertama kasus kanker dengan penderita wanita terbanyak. Tamoxifen, Onapriston, dan Lapatinib, merupakan obat komersial antikanker payudara yang menimbulkan efek samping jika dikonsumsi dalam jangka panjang. Obat baru dari senyawa potensial bahan alam diperlukan sebagai alternatif, dapat dikembangkan secara komputasi dengan metode penambatan molekuler.       In Indonesia, breast cancer ranks first in cancer cases with the most female sufferers. Tamoxifen, Onapriston, and Lapatinib are commercial anticancer drugs that cause side effects if taken in the long term. New drugs from potential natural compounds are needed as alternatives and can be developed computationally with molecular docking methods. Small leaf mahogany seeds (Swietenia mahogany) are reported to have potential as an anticancer drug. This study aims to predict the compounds in small leaf mahogany seeds and their potential as anticancer breasts by molecular docking method. A total of 100 test ligands were docked to the estrogen receptor alpha (ERα), progesterone receptor (PR), and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). Based on the results of molecular docking and the value of binding site similarity, the compounds 3,5,7,3',4',5'-hexahydroxyflavanone, isocorydine, 7-deacytoxy-7-oxogedunine, and stigmasterol, have potential as PR inhibitors. The results of pharmacokinetic and toxicity analysis showed that stigmasterol has the potential to be used as an oral drug and is not toxic.
