      Abstract

Prolonged stress, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, can increase conflict, reduce the quality of family relationships, and have an impact on the psychosocial of children as the successor of the nation. FamLink was released to escalate family resilience with assessment as the main feature. However, the results are too scientific, so this is not easily accessible to many families. In addition, a discussion forum is needed so contributions and breakthroughs can be escalated by family experts because many policies are still half-hearted towards family issues. Education, Consultation, and Discussion modules are needed at FamLink for these issues. This study aims to build the front-end of the three modules on Android and the web administrator platform then can act as a repository for family case issues. The method used in this research is prototyping with three iterations. Development successfully built the three modules on both platforms. Last iteration does deployment along with the delivery of the web administrator and Android version 2.4.4 to the management. Android is developed natively using Kotlin along with the REST API as data communication while the administrator website uses Laravel.
