Analisis Daya Saing Produk Wooden Furnitures Indonesia di Pasar Dunia Periode 2017 - 2021
Abstract
Industri wooden furnitures memiliki potensi sebagai salah satu komoditas
yang dapat mendukung perekonomian Indonesia karena dinilai cukup menjanjikan
dan melihat adanya peluang produksi yang semakin hari semakin bertambah.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis daya saing komparatif, kompetitif, dan faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspor produk wooden furnitures Indonesia di pasar
dunia pada periode 2017 – 2021. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
terdiri dari Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) untuk menganalisis
keunggulan komparatif, Indeks Spesialisasi Perdagangan (ISP) untuk menganalisis
keunggulan kompetitif, dan Constant Market Share (CMS) untuk menganalisis
faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam ekspor produk wooden furnitures Indonesia
di pasar dunia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keunggulan komparatif produk
wooden furnitures Indonesia berdaya saing kuat untuk produk wooden furnitures
for kitchen use, wooden furnitures for bedroom use, dan wooden furnitures other
than sedangkan produk wooden furnitures for office use berdaya saing lemah.
Keunggulan kompetitif produk wooden furnitures Indonesia dominan berada pada
tahap pertumbuhan, kecuali produk wooden furnitures other than yang sudah
berada pada tahap kematangan. Faktor yang memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap
pertumbuhan ekspor produk wooden furnitures Indonesia yaitu pertumbuhan
standar, komposisi komoditas, dan daya saing sedangkan faktor distribusi pasar
berpengaruh negatif. The wooden furniture industry has the potential as one of the commodities
that can support the Indonesian economy because it is considered quite promising
and sees production opportunities that are increasing day by day. This study aims
to analyze comparative competitiveness, competitiveness, and the factors that affect
the export of Indonesian wooden furniture products in the world market in the
period 2017 – 2021. The data analysis used in this study consists of Revealed
Comparative Advantage (RCA) to analyze comparative advantage, Trade
Specialization Index (ISP) to analyze competitive advantage, and Constant Market
Share (CMS) to analyze the factors that influence the export of Indonesian wooden
furniture products in the world market. The results show that the comparative
advantage of Indonesian wooden furniture products has strong competitiveness for
wooden furniture products for kitchen use, wooden furniture for bedroom use, and
wooden furniture products other than wooden furniture products for office use. The
competitive advantage of Indonesian wooden furniture products is dominantly at
the growth stage, except for wooden furniture products other than which are already
at the maturity stage. Factors that have a positive influence on the export growth of
Indonesian wooden furniture products are standard growth, commodity
composition, and competitiveness, while market distribution factors have a negative
effect.
