Abstract
(SWOT).
Kerugian finansial objek
wisata TMSBK sebesar 55% per tahun, sedangkan hotel 59% per tahun. Strategi
utama yaitu memperluas promosi melalui sosial media, rebranding, dan renovasi. Kinantan Wildlife and Cultural Park (TMSBK) is one of the prime tourist
destinations in Bukittinggi city whose economic activity has been affected by the
Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the changes in the number of
TMSBK tourists’ visits in each period of mobility restrictions due to the Covid-19
pandemic, to estimate the value of financial losses caused by the Covid-19
pandemic to business located around TMSBK, and to analyze the economic
recovery strategies after the Covid-19 pandemic for business located around
TMSBK. This study used primary data and secondary data by combining three
methods, namely content analysis, income analysis, and Strenghts, Weaknesses,
Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis. The results show that changes in the
number of visits for each period of mobility restrictions in TMSBK decreased by
47% from one year before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The financial loss of
TMSBK is 55% per year, while hotels are 59% per year. The main recovery
strategies are expanding promotions through social media, rebranding, and
renovation.
