Dampak Investasi Sektor Pariwisata Terhadap Perekonomian Indonesia

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat adanya keterkaita sektor pariwisata, mengetahui nilai dampak multiplier output, pendapatan dan tenaga kerja secara keseluruhan dan mengetahui pengaruh dari adanya investasi pada sektor pariwisata terhadap berbagai sektor perekonomian lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis Input-Output dengan menggunakan Tabel Input Output Indonesia Transaksi Total Atas Dasar Harga Dasar . Dari hasil perhitungan diketahui bahwa terdapat enam subsektor dalam sektor pariwisata yang memiliki kemampuan dalam menarik pertumbuhan produksi sektor hulunya. sedangkan tidak ada satupun subsektor dalam sektor pariwisata yang memiliki kemampuan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan produksi sektor hilirnya. Untuk hasil perhitungan nilai pengganda, untuk pengganda output, pendapatan dan tenaga kerja tipe I nilai paling tinggi dimiliki oleh subsektor jasa angkutan laut sedangkan pada pengganda tipe II untuk output nilai paling tinggi dimiliki oleh subsektor jasa angkutan rel dan pada nilai penganda pendapatan serta tenaga kerja nilai paling tinggi dimiliki oleh jasa angkutan laut. Suntikan dana investasi terhadap sektor pariwisata memiliki dampak output, pendapatan dan tenaga kerja yang positif. Maka dari itu nilai investasi pada sektor pariwisat perlu diperhitungkan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian di Indonesia.

The tourism sector is one sector that has an important role in the Indonesian economy. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between the tourism sector, determine the value of the output multiplier, income and labor as a whole and determine the effect of investment in the tourism sector on various other economic sectors. In this study, the analytical method used is the Input-Output analysis method using the Indonesian Input Output Table of Total Transactions on the Basis of Basic Prices. From the calculation results, it is known that there are six sub-sectors in the tourism sector that have the ability to attract production growth in the upstream sector. while none of the sub-sectors in the tourism sector has the ability to encourage production growth in the downstream sector. For the results of the calculation of the multiplier value, for the output multiplier, income and labor type I the highest value is owned by the sea transportation services sub-sector while the type II multiplier for output the highest value is owned by the rail transportation services sub-sector and in the value of the income and labor multiplier the value is the highest is owned by sea transportation services. The injection of investment funds into the tourism sector has a positive impact on output, income and employment. Therefore, the value of investment in the tourism sector needs to be taken into account to improve the economy in Indonesia.
