      Respons Pertumbuhan Vegetatif Bibit Kecapi (Sandoricum koetjape Merr.) terhadap Perbedaan Aplikasi Komposisi Pupuk NPK secara Foliar

      Abstract
      Kecapi (Sandoricum koetjape Merr.) atau biasa dikenal dengan nama santol merupakan salah satu tanaman penting dalam famili Meliaceae. Kecapi memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk dikembangkan karena memiliki beberapa fungsi dan manfaat, namun tanaman ini sudah jarang ditemukan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan ialah meningkatkan pertumbuhan pada tahap pembibitan melalui pemupukan. Salah satu metode pemupukan ialah secara foliar yaitu dengan cara menyemprotkan pupuk pada permukaan daun. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak (RKLT) dengan satu faktor. Faktor tunggal adalah pengaplikasian jenis pupuk NPK yang terdiri atas lima taraf yaitu A0 (kontrol), A1 (pupuk NPK 15:15:15), A2 (pupuk NPK 32:10:10), A3 (pupuk NPK 15:30:15), dan A4 (pupuk NPK 8:9:39) dengan volume semprot masingmasing 110 ml/tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan bahwa komposisi pupuk NPK 8:9:39 paling berpengaruh tinggi diantara perlakuan lainnya kecuali pada parameter jumlah daun dan indeks luas daun. Nilai pertambahan tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, dan tebal daun pada perlakuan tersebut sebesar 3,10 mm; 0,074 mm; dan 115,10 µm. Sementara kandungan klorofil a dan b sebesar 66,04 µg ml-1 dan 25,15 µg ml-1, serta kandungan glukosa dan fruktosa pada daun sebesar 0,177 µg ml-1 dan 0,044 µg ml-1. Namun, pada parameter jumlah daun nilai yang lebih tinggi terdapat pada perlakuan pupuk NPK 15:15:15 sebesar 15,3 helai daun. Indeks luas daun perlakuan kontrol memiliki nilai yang lebih tinggi sebesar 0,65.
       
      Kecapi (Sandoricum koetjape Merr.) or commonly known as santol is one of the important plants in the Meliaceae family. Kecapi has enormous potential to be developed because it has several functions and benefits but it is rarely found. One of the efforts that can be done is increasing growth in nurseries through fertilization. One of various fertilization methods is foliar fertilization, namely by spraying fertilizer on the leaf surface. The study was conducted based on a Completely Randomized Block Design (RKLT) with one factor. The single factor was the application of NPK fertilizer which consisted of five levels, namely A0 (control), A1 (NPK fertilizer 15:15:15), A2 (NPK fertilizer 32:10:10), A3 (NPK fertilizer 15:30:15), and A4 (NPK fertilizer 8:9:39) with each spray volume is 110 ml/plant. The results showed that the composition of NPK 8:9:39 had the highest effect among other treatments, except for the number of leaves and leaf area index. The 8:9:39 NPK fertilizer treatment had the highest increase in plant height, stem diameter, and leaf thickness of 3.10 mm; 0.074 mm; and 115.10 µm. The contents of chlorophyll a and b were 66.04 g ml-1 and 25.15 g ml-1. The content of glucose and fructose in the leaves was 0.177 g ml-1 and 0.044 g ml-1. However, the parameter number of leaves treated with NPK 15:15:15 had a higher value of 15.3 leaves. The leaf area index of the control treatment had a higher value of 0.65.
