      Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Kedai Kopi di Kota Padang

      Abstract
      Kedai kopi di Kota Padang mengalami persaingan yang cukup kompetitif dalam rangka mendapatkan kepuasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas produk pada kedai kopi di Kota Padang, menganalisis kualitas pelayanan pada kedai kopi di Kota Padang, menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan pada kedai kopi di Kota Padang, serta menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan kedai kopi di Kota Padang. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengolahan data kualitatif menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel 2010 untuk tabulasi data deskriptif. Sedangkan, uji kuantitatif diolah menggunakan SmartPLS untuk mendapatkan model Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan kedai kopi di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar kedai kopi dapat mempertahankan kualitas rasa minuman kopi dengan takaran dan ukuran yang tepat dan kedai kopi juga harus mempertahankan kebersihan dari kedai kopi terutama pada alat-alat pembuat kopi.
       
      Coffee shops in the city of Padang experience quite competitive competition in order to get satisfaction. This study aims to analyze product quality at coffee shops in Padang City, analyze service quality at coffee shops in Padang City, analyze customer satisfaction at coffee shops in Padang City, and analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on coffee shop customer satisfaction in Padang City. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data processing using Microsoft Excel 2010 application for descriptive data tabulation. Meanwhile, the quantitative test was processed using SmartPLS to obtain a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that product quality and service quality increase coffee shop customer satisfaction in the city of Padang. This study suggests that coffee shops can maintain the quality of the taste of coffee drinks with the right dose and size and coffee shops must also maintain the cleanliness of the coffee shop, especially in coffee makers.
