      Pertumbuhan, Produksi Fenolik dan Flavonoid Adenostemma platyphyllum pada Dosis Pupuk Kandang Sapi yang Berbeda

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan dosis pupuk kandang sapi terbaik berdasarkan pertumbuhan tanaman, produksi kadar fenolik dan flavonoid optimal pada budidaya legetan warak (Adenostemma platyphyllum). Percobaan menggunakan rancangan Acak Kelompok 1-faktor, yaitu dosis pupuk kandang sapi 0, 5, 10, 15, dan 20 ton ha-1. Kandungan fenolik total ditetapkan menggunakan pereaksi Folin-Ciocalteu, dan untuk flavonoid total menggunakan pereaksi AlCl3. Kadar fenolik total tertinggi ditemukan pada tanaman tanpa pemberian dosis pupuk (0 ton ha-1), sedangkan kadar flavonoid total optimum dengan dosis pupuk 15 ton ha-1. Dosis pupuk kandang sapi 20 ton ha-1 merupakan dosis yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan tanaman karena menghasilkan tanaman tertinggi, dan jumlah daun, serta jumlah cabang terbanyak dibandingkan tanaman dengan perlakuan lainnya.
       
      This study aims to obtain the best dose of cow manure for plant growth, production of phenolic levels, and optimal flavonoids in the cultivation of legetan warak (Adenostemma platyphyllum). The experiment used a randomized 1-factor group design: cow manure doses of 0. 5, 10, 15, and 20 tons of ha-1. The total phenolic content was determined using Folin-Ciocalteu reagent and for total flavonoids using AlCl3 reagent. The highest total phenolic levels were found in plants without fertilizer (0 tons ha-1), while the optimum total flavonoid content with a fertilizer dose of 15 tons ha-1. A dose of cow manure of 20 tons ha-1 is the best dose for plant growth because it produces the highest crop, the number of leaves, and the number of branches compared to plants with other treatments
