      Abstract
      Susu Mbok Sabar merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dalam industri makanan dan minuman, dengan produk minuman olahan susu murni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal, serta menentukan alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh Susu Mbok Sabar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah matriks IFE, matriks EFE, matriks IE, dan matriks SWOT. Berdasarkan kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal menunjukkan Susu Mbok Sabar berada dalam posisi sel kedua yaitu grow and build dengan strategi yang tepat dilakukan adalah strategi intensif (penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar, dan pengembangan produk) atau strategi integratif (integrasi ke depan, ke belakang, dan horizontal). Hasil matriks SWOT menunjukkan terdapat tujuh alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh Susu Mbok Sabar.
       
      Susu Mbok Sabar is one of the MSMEs engaged in the food and beverage industry, with pure milk beverage products.This study aims to analyze the internal and external environment, as well as determine alternative strategies that can be applied by Susu Mbok Sabar. The method used in this research is the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, and SWOT matrix. Based on the internal and external environmental conditions, it shows that Susu Mbok Sabar is in the second cell position, namely grow and build with the right strategy being an intensive strategy (market penetration, market development, and product development) or an integrative strategy (forward, backward, and horizontal integration). The results of SWOT matrix show that there are seven alternative strategies that can be applied by Susu Mbok Sabar.
