      Abstract
      Perkembangannya pariwisata menghadapi masalah yang juga dihadapi sektor-sektor lain, yaitu pandemi Covid-19 salah satu stategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengahdapi masalah ini adalah adaptive ecotourism. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi keberterimaan serta peluang dan kendala dari Stakeholder terhadap pengembangan adaptive ecotourism serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan di Taman Nasional Komodo. Metode pengambikan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adakah Focus Grup Discussion dan wawancara. Taman Nasional Komodo adalah kawasan yang sudah banyak dikenal oleh wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara karena memiliki ciri khas yang khusus yaitu dan juga merupakan kawasan yang ditetapkan sebagai warisan dunia. Pengembangan pariwisata dengan konsep adaptive ecotourism memerlukan pembangunan yang dapat mendukung berjalannya kegiatan bekerja dan belajar di kawasan. Peraturan perundangan yang mengatur pembangunan dalam kawasan sudah diatur oleh kementerian sehingga kegiatan pemanfaatan kawasan dapat dilakukan secara optimal. kegiatan belajar diakawasan yang dapat dilakukan oleh sekolah yang berada disekitar kawasan sebelumnya belum banyak dilakukan hal ini perlu dikembangkan lagi agar kegaitan belajar dikawasan dapat dilaksanakan dengan. Dari analisis Swot yang telah dilakuakn strategi pengembangan yang perlu diperhatikan adalah strategi WT atau damage control dengan meminimalkan kelemahan dan menghindari ancaman.
       
      Tourism development faces problems that are also faced by other sectors, namely the Covid-19 pandemic, One of the strategies that can be applied in dealing with this problem is adaptive ecotourism.. This study aims to identify acceptability, opportunities, and constraints from stakeholders on the development of adaptive ecotourism and formulate development strategies in Komodo National Park. The data collection method used in this research is Focus Group Discussion and interviews. Komodo National Park is an area that is already widely known by domestic and foreign touristsuse havec the special characteristics of having rare endemic animals and is also an area designated as a world heritage. Tourism development with the concept of adaptive ecotourism requires development that can support work and study activities in the region. The ministry has regulated the laws and regulations governing development in the area so that area utilization activities can be carried out optimally. Learning activities in the area that can be carried out by schools around the area have not previously been done much, this needs to be developed again so that learningactivities in the area can be carried out. From the SWOT analysis, the development strategy that needs to be considered is the WT strategy or damage control by minimizing weaknesses and avoiding threats.
